Employee advocacy is often measured through activity, reach and engagement. But that doesn't tell marketers which employee voices are having an impact, what content is working, or what value advocacy is creating for the brand.

Using LVMH as the central case study, this session explores how social listening can be used to measure employee advocacy across a global organisation of more than 215,000 employees. We'll look at how LVMH identifies and prepares its most impactful advocates, tracks campaigns in real-time, and understands the content driving engagement.

We'll also draw on Capgemini's advocacy programme to explore what better measurement can reveal about the role employees play in building brand visibility and credibility. By joining this session, you'll be able to:

  • Measure the impact of employee engagement: go beyond reach and activity to understand which employee voices and content are driving meaningful visibility and engagement for the brand
  • Identify the employees, advocates and influential voices who are most relevant to your brand, audiences and topics
  • Spot risks and opportunities: uncover emerging conversations, potential reputational risks and opportunities to amplify employee voices and strengthen advocacy
