Lauren specializes in social listening, crisis communications, content performance measurement, and researching and delivering insights on consumer behavior, making her a go-to resource for clients seeking insights on what's happening in the social sphere.  Driven by curiosity and a passion for innovation, Lauren is committed to helping organizations make informed decisions backed by data. Her expertise in social intelligence enables her to develop tailored strategies that help clients better engage with their audiences and achieve their business objectives. Originally from the Austin, Texas area, Lauren now resides in the Houston area with her family and two rescue pups.
