Bernard Brenner has spent his entire career supporting technology industry strategies with marketing research. Starting his career supporting product strategies at Nokia sparked his interest in the fast-paced environment of technology. He ultimately moved to Microsoft where he supported marketing and product strategies for Windows, Office, Teams, and Defender. Technology research rooted his core belief that research should be focused on speed to decision. As such, he worked with a group of talented researchers at Microsoft to create the Social Intelligence Practice. This practice uses organic social data to answer marketing research questions and is helping Microsoft increase its speed from insight to decision-making.
