Susanna is Research Manager and Head of Web Listening at BVA Doxa which will become part of Ipsos in January 2026. With over fifteen years of experience in social listening, she has brought the rigor of traditional qualitative and quantitative research into the analysis of digital data. She was named among the Top 50 Innovators in Social Listening 2025 and leads research projects for Italian and international clients across pharma, finance, luxury, and public institutions.
